This bill amends the Municipal Alternate Voting Methods Pilot Project—ranked choice voting—enacted last session. The bill extends the date to April 15th for a city to opt in to participate in the project, provides a procedure for cities to withdraw their participation, and allows a political subdivision to conduct an election on behalf of another political subdivision. |
